Sensible Security Locks were developed out of necessity.  We have nine parrots of our own and had the problem of them swinging the food door latches out of their way and popping out the food door.  We would come home to find our Scarlet Macaw on top of another cage.  Thankfully, no one ever suffered injury.

We tried everything from duct tape to various other "cobbled up" gadgets to keep our birds from escaping.  After much trial and error we designed the perfect solution to do the job!

These locks are reliable, easy to install and provide easy access for the "humans" to change food and water.
